    Tuesday, September 2, 2025
    If you do not want to be included in this settlement with MLS PIN, you must send a Request for Exclusion to the Notice Administrator postmarked on or before Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
  • Objection Deadline

    Tuesday, September 2, 2025
    You may write to the Court about why you don’t like the proposed settlement. To object, you must file or send a written objection to the Court, as instructed by the Court, by Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
  • Fairness Hearing

    Monday, September 29, 2025
    The Fairness Hearing is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025 at 2:30PM ET in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, 1 Courthouse Way, Courtroom 19, 7th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02210. Please check this website for updates.
  • Claim Form Submission Deadline

    Monday, December 15, 2025
    The only way to get a payment is to submit a Claim Form. You can submit a claim form online, or mail to the Notice Administrator postmarked on or before December 15, 2025.
